Covered with sugar paste of favorite color of the birthday child: blue for 90 years.

You ask, chocolate cake? For sure: under the sugar paste/marzipan cover you’ll find the white chocolate mousse and chocolate nibs cake, with blue- and strawberries. Decorated with lemon-mint leaves and marzipan figures.

And the candles this anniversary cake got were 9 and 0. Wahoo, 90 years of sweet and salty, full life!

It’s cake time

So happy of this lovely order: two cakes for the confirmation celebration of my sweet goddaughter in Finland. For around  30 guests.

Thank you, Nyon market clients

What is your favourite St Valentine’s treat?

Could you go with one these, my sponsor catering for the Small Business Conference in Nyon, Switzerland? I made specially for this experienced group for the first time Sage truffles with sea salt.

The wintry cardamom mini muffins with almonds and raspberries are the traditional Finnish goodies.
